Independent report - Residents views of Richardsons Yard, Brighton

Richardson's Yard, Brighton’s award winning accommodation project that uses shipping containers as the primary building blocks, has been open for 6 months now and the first independent report into what it is like first hand to be a resident at Richardsons Yard, Brighton has been released. The work has been undertaken by Juliet Amoruso, who is a student at Sussex University, as part of her final thesis.

Richardsons Yard Report June 2014

It provides great insight into the development warts and all. We take this valuable feedback onboard and together with BHT have started work on addressing some of the more salient points raised.

Juliet’s work adds to our own post occupancy monitoring and investigations. Well done and thank you to Juliet for taking such a keen interest in this project.
